LORATOL® 10 mg tablet, presented in 1 blister of 10 tablets. Other pharmaceutical dosage forms: LORATOL® 100ml suspension containing 5 mg loratadine in each 5 ml. LORATOL® tablets are indicated for the relief of seasonal allergic rhinitis, perennial allergic rhinitis and idiopathic chronic urticaria. Seek the advice of your doctor before using this product. Adults and children > 12 years: one (10 mg) tablet daily. Between the ages 2-12, LORATOL® suspension should be used instead of the tablet form. Safety and effectiveness in children below the age of 2 years have not been established. In patients with liver and renal failure, 10 mg every other day should be the starting dose.
